Carline is a qualified Social Work Practice Educator, with a background in Fostering and Adoption within Children’s Social Care and voluntary organisations. ​

She is an independent Panel Member; a Sexual Exploitation, Child Protection and Safeguarding Lead; an Independent reviewing Officer; Complaints Officer; and multi-agency Trainer. ​

Carline can focus on career prospects for Health and Social Care practitioners in the post-Covid-19 era, employability/skillsets and professional development (case study and role play)​.

Carline is also the Director of AT&S LTD Training Consultancy.​
