Elizabeth will discuss her journey, career options in education various roles, the knowledge skills and qualifications needed and routes to the roles.​

Elizabeth will also discuss how to overcome discrimination, bullying, valuing yourself, your culture, finding your passion, creating and finding on your goals. ​

​Elizabeth works with vulnerable young people. She is Specialist Worker as well as a Training Facilitator in a Multi-disciplinary Educational Team.  ​

​Elizabeth is a black female and has been practicing for over 20 years and sits on a Race Equality Network Board.​

​Elizabeth’s current role focusses on vulnerable young people missing from education, home or care and Contextual Safeguarding issues.
