Jim works in support of vulnerable groups and will discuss his journey, career options, skills needed and routes to the role.​

Jim’s focus is on vulnerable adults and working with people with substance misuse issues. ​

Jim is a Specialist practitioner in a multi-disciplinary team and is accredited by the NSPCC to train multidisciplinary staff on working with parental neglect. ​

Jim is a white male and has been practicing for over 30 years.​
